YOUR CURRENT ROLE As a key VIP (very important person) of this highly acclaimed famous plaintiff personal injury law firm , you will love being the FIRST skilled phone contact for all new clients (for Motor Vehicle Accidents, Work Accidents, Public Liability, Medical Negligence and Total and Permanent Disability Claims).
You will love the variety+ challenge +satisfaction: doing an initial 'fact-find', assessing client enquiries, attending to their initial queries, determining which solicitor/s are best suited to help them, allocating solicitors to clients, arranging client-solicitor meetings and administration.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have 2 to 10+ years experience working as a legal assistant/secretary/paralegal OR client services officer ; have worked in law firms that practice in personal injury/insurance law (essential) OR in an insurance company; are NOT a law student OR if you are, you are not due to be admitted within the next 12 months; are a real 'PEOPLE' person , are committed to high customer-service standards, are patient and empathetic; have a warm +friendly professional PHONE manner+ POSITIVE attitude ; thrive in a busy, vibrant and rapid-paced environment; are hungry to progress your career with a top personal injury law firm and be mentored by people who will help you succeed.
