5+ years' experience in Commercial Finance (brokerage or banking)
Proven ability to structure and settle deals across property, business, or asset finance
Strong origination and relationship management skills
Established referral networks across accounting, legal,

MFAA/FBAA accredited

Manage and grow a pipeline of SME and commercial clients
Leverage existing leads and referral partnerships
Deliver tailored solutions across commercial property, business lending, and asset finance
