South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a motivated Renal Supportive Care CNS2 at Eastern Campus, Liverpool Hospital. You will support CKD patient management in inpatient, outpatient and community settings, collaborating with renal and medical teams to drive patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate has RN registration with AHPRA, post-graduate renal qualifications and robust communication, leadership and education skills. Influenza vaccination is mandatory.
