Tathra Hotel in Tathra NSW is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / Duty Manager to join their team. This permanent full time role centers on coordinating daily restaurant operations across front of house and back of house to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
You will lead a small team, train staff, manage bookings and events, monitor stock and safety procedures, and help shape restaurant policies to meet targets.
