14th July, This is an outstanding prospect for experienced PVC Pipe Extrusion Machine Operators and Injection Moulding Die Setters to join an industry-leading manufacturing company based in Caringbah.

Key Duties Include: Operating PVC pipe extrusion machinery within a high-volume manufacturing workplace Setting up extrusion lines and preparing machines for production runs Monitoring pipe dimensions, wall thickness, and overall product quality Troubleshooting machine faults and process issues to minimise downtime Conducting die head, vacuum tank,



and calibration adjustments Performing injection moulding die setting and tooling changeovers Loading raw materials and monitoring feed systems throughout production Carrying out machine start-ups, shutdowns, and product changeovers Maintaining production output in line with manufacturing targets and KPIs Completing quality inspections and production documentation accurately Assisting with preventative maintenance and basic machine servicing Maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety, housekeeping, and quality standards Working collaboratively with maintenance, quality, and production teams Operating forklifts and associated production equipment where required Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process Successful applicants will demonstrate previous extrusion or injection moulding experience, strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting ability, and a reliable, team-focused attitude.
