Marsh Risk invites an experienced Leader to join our Specialty Claims team in Claims Operations. Based in Australia, this hybrid role requires three days per week in the office.
You will drive day-to-day operations, support complex claims from notice to closure and coordinate with clients, insurers and vendors. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while partnering with Claims Advocacy to improve client outcomes, service quality and retention.
