The Role Working in an innovative high performance culture you will be assisting the ERP Systems Manager in supporting the administration and maintenance of the ERP system Pronto and integrated software.
Your drive to develop your career in Finance IT, ability to work with changing priorities and look for solutions in a fast paced setting is essential to success in this role.
You will be the key subject matter expert providing end to end functional support for Financial modules for the Pronto ERP system to all employees across the business.
You will also provide detailed analysis and reporting to management.
Responsibilities Support and train ERP users and be the point of contact for queries • Troubleshoot issues, test fixes,



maintain data integrity • Proactively seek opportunities to improve work flows • Assist with integrating ERP with other IT systems, upgrades and related documentation Skills/ Experience • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in finance/commerce/economics or business analytics • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Robust problem solving and analytical ability • Ability to write detailed procedures that are easily understood by users • Proficient in Excel MS office applications • Knowledge of Pronto highly desirable The Candidate To be successful you will have experience with ERP software, be a reliable multi tasker who identifies and searches for opportunities to improve company processes.
