Respect Chaffey House in Merbein, VIC, is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to lead clinical governance, drive quality improvements, and mentor nursing teams across the home. This full time role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, collaborate with the Care Manager and multidisciplinary team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the residential aged care service.
