Originator – Revenue Offtake (Energy Markets) $*k + super + 30% bonus Sydney or Melbourne Hybrid working About the Role We are seeking an experienced Originator to lead end-to-end revenue offtake contracting across a portfolio of energy assets, including new developments and existing operations.
You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing commercial agreements (including PPAs and tolling arrangements), working closely with internal teams and external counterparties to deliver optimal revenue outcomes.
This role suits a commercially minded energy markets skilled who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys developing creative contracting solutions.
Key Responsibilities Originate and structure offtake products across energy market assets Lead negotiation and execution of term sheets and full-form agreements Manage end-to-end contracting process across internal stakeholders (legal, commercial, technical, finance) Build and maintain solid relationships with market counterparties Monitor market conditions, pricing trends,
