About the Role As our GP in Aged Care, you will: Deliver person-centred, continuity of care to elderly residents Work across a selection of well-supported aged care facilities in welcoming local communities Collaborate closely with a strong multidisciplinary team — including nurses, allied health professionals and experienced administrative staff who ensure your time is spent on clinical care, not paperwork Enjoy seamless systems, clear processes and outstanding organisational backing Advantage from eligibility for MyMedicare General Practice in Aged Care Incentive payments This is a role crafted for GPs who want to provide meaningful care while feeling genuinely supported every step of the way.
