What You'll Be Doing This role sits at the front of the business and plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include: Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately Greeting clients, visitors and contractors in a qualified manner Coordinating meeting rooms and managing office bookings Monitoring and responding to shared inboxes Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Ordering and maintaining office supplies and stationery Keeping the reception area organised and presentable Assisting with data entry,
