V/Line's Communications & Engagement team is seeking a Customer Experience Officer on a 0.7 FTE parental leave cover through to May .
You will support the delivery of customer experience, communications and readiness initiatives across the V/Line network.
Based at V/Line's Head Office in Melbourne, some travel may be required to support engagement activities.
You will coordinate customer information, develop content and signage, and assist temporary staff to keep customers informed and secure.
