Responsibilities
Supervise school crossing zones during school zone hours of 8:00–9:30 AM and 2:30–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Provide 1.5 hours of supervision in the morning and 1.5 hours in the afternoon.




Ensure that school crossings receive a total of 30 hours of supervision per fortnight.
Display alertness to potential dangers and communicate effectively with school staff, students, parents, and motorists.
Remain on site in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 18 years at the time of appointment.
Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and Health Assessment. Prior Working with Children checks will speed the process.
Reliability and commitment to attend scheduled shifts in valuable or bad weather.
Effective communication skills.

Compensation during school holidays from Terms 1–3.
All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
