Rick's Garage on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland seeks a Sous Chef to be second in command to the Head Chef. You will own the pass during service, drive ticket times, and build the team off service. Expect ownership of specials, menu input, and a hands-on leadership role in a well-resourced kitchen.
The role requires Cert III in Commercial Cookery and at least three years' experience, with a background in high-volume, quality-focused service. Pub cuisine experience is a plus.
