We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Vendor Management Officer to support the daily operational needs of a large transport company in Mascot. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and strong vendor experience. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of vendor management functions. This is an exciting opportunity for any administration skilled to develop skills in a supportive and proactive environment.
Primary Roles and Responsibility
Creating and processing Contracts
Compliance - chasing and updating expired policies and other relevant documentation
Document storage on SharePoint
Collection of COR (Chain of Responsibility)



documentation
Updating data bases in SharePoint and Microsoft Access
Liaising with internal stakeholders
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Access is a bonus
Good written and verbal communication skills
Be a proactive team member with a energetic and committed work ethic
