About the Role





We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our Jimmy Choo Collins Street Boutique .

As a brand ambassador, you will create unforgettable luxury shopping experiences while building meaningful relationships with our clientele. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and elevating the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional, world‑class customer service
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store KPI targets
- Build and nurture long‑term client relationships
- Grow our client database and drive appointment bookings
- Support store operations, including visual merchandising and stock management
- Maintain the impeccable presentation and standards expected of a luxury boutique

About You

You are passionate about luxury retail, naturally confident in engaging with customers, and thrive in a sales‑driven environment.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales
- Robust understanding of retail operations and customer experience
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business
- A positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible availability, including weekends
