We are looking for someone for two days a week 8-5pm, Monday and Saturday (8am-12:30). Must also have some flexibility with days now and then. Must have medical experience and valuable computer skills
Qualifications
- Experience in receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in clerical skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus
- understanding of tyro and HICAPS payments
- experience using practise management system
