The role
You're more than a Sales Associate — you're a storyteller, stylist and brand ambassador.
You'll inspire customers by helping them discover pieces that reflect who they are, celebrating life's biggest and smallest moments through meaningful jewellery. Every interaction is an opportunity to create something special.

Create memorable, personalised experiences for every customer
Bring Pandora's signature styling approach to life — layering, stacking and storytelling through jewellery
Drive sales results by confidently connecting, recommending and closing
Share your product knowledge and passion for craftsmanship and design
Keep the store beautiful, organised and festive-ready at all times
Support your team to deliver an exceptional, high-energy store environment
