- 5+ years’ experience in the travel industry (corporate or retail)
- Previous leadership or senior Travel Consultant experience
- Robust GDS expertise, ideally Sabre
- Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and client relationships
- Commercially minded with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with KPIs and driving team performance
