We're a fun, tight-knit team based in Mooloolaba managing 30 holiday properties and growing — and we're looking for someone with a great attitude to join us. Our properties are all close by, concentrated between Cotton Tree, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore, so you won't be clocking up the kilometres. We'll train you on everything — all we need is someone reliable, upbeat and takes pride in their work. There is an prospect to increase your income with additional work servicing bond cleans for our permanant rental properties.

We're a small boutique property management agency on the Sunshine Coast managing 30 holiday properties and 220 permanent rentals. What You'll Be Doing

- Turning over our holiday properties to a high standard between guest stays between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba
- Picking up linen and supplies from our Mooloolaba base each shift
- Leaving every property spotless and guest-ready
- Opportunity for additional income doing bond cleans and general property upkeep on 220 managements

What We're Looking For

- A positive, can-do attitude — honestly, this is everything to us, we are team that help each other out
- Reliability and punctuality — our guests are counting on it
- Someone who takes pride in their work and has an eye for detail
- Own transport and a current driver's licence
- Experience? Nice to have, but not required — we'll teach you everything you need to know
