Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee three headspace early psychosis sites in Western Sydney (Mount Druitt, Penrith, Parramatta). You will lead operational excellence, support service delivery across sites and drive continuous improvement while managing a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires flexibility, travel between sites, and the ability to engage with stakeholders and leadership.
