- Building talent pipelines for permanent blue collar roles such as WHS Officers, Warehouse Managers and Logistics Coordinators
- Managing candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process
- Cold calling and business development to grow your client base

What You'll Be Doing





- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
- Building talent pipelines for permanent blue collar roles such as WHS Officers, Warehouse Managers and Logistics Coordinators
- Managing candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment process
- Cold calling and business development to grow your client base

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2+ years in 360 blue collar recruitment, permanent placements ideal but not essential
- Experience creating a sales pipeline and working to KPI's
- Previous Jobadder experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Resilience, drive and a positive attitude
- Must have a license and a reliable vehicle to meet clients around Brisbane
