About the Role

This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to take ownership of our Parts Department. You will be responsible for:

- Leading and motivating the Parts team to achieve department targets
- Managing the end-to-end parts ordering process
- Providing accurate parts interpretation and support to customers and internal teams




- Monitoring stock levels and investigating discrepancies
- Recording lost sales to improve inventory control and availability
- Resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensuring all parts are correctly invoiced and accounted for before issue

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced in an automotive parts workplace
- Professional, organised, and detail-focused
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Confident using computer systems and dealership software
- A strong leader with excellent time management skills
- Hold a current driver licence (manual essential)
- Willing to complete a company-provided National Police Check
