Facility Manager - Residential Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care, building engaged teams, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead the overall operation of the facility
- Oversee clinical, quality, and compliance outcomes
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
- Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders

Skills, Attributes, and Experience

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is desirable
- Previous Facility Manager or senior aged care leadership experience
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills




- Passionate about delivering person-centred care
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current unrestricted WA Driver's Licence
