Huff Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Tradesman to take ownership of our new Lifestyle Village project starting in Gympie.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tradesman who enjoys leading by example, takes pride in delivering quality work, and wants to be part of a growing company with a strong reputation in the commercial electrical industry.

About the Role

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising a team of electricians and apprentices
- Coordinating daily site activities and work schedules
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
- Managing materials and plant on site
- Liaising with the Project Manager, builders and other trades
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
- Completing site documentation and reporting project progress

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Current Queensland Electrical Licence




- Current White Card
- CPR/LVR certification
- Experience in large scale domestic works
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to plan ahead and keep projects running efficiently
- Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
- Current driver's licence

Experience delivering lifestyle villages, retirement communities, apartments or other commercial projects will be highly regarded.
