This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of AUD$100,000 to AUD$120,000 base and commissions, where you'll build strong partnerships, drive performance, and help shape the growth of their broker community. - Build and nurture relationships with key subaggregators, driving performance and collaboration across the network

Preferred Requirements





- Proven experience in a relationship management or account management role within mortgage broking or financial services
- Solid track record of building and maintaining relationships with brokers or aggregators
- Ability to mentor and support brokers to improve performance and capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple levels
- Understanding of the mortgage broking landscape and subaggregator models

Preferred Qualifications

- MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia) or FBAA (Finance Brokers Association of Australia) membership or accreditation
- Formal qualification in business, finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a mentoring or leadership capacity within home loan aggregation or lender businesses.
