ProjectManager– Identity & Privileged Access Management

We are seeking an experiencedProjectManager to lead and deliver identity-related initiatives, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) pref, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and closingprojects that enhance security, compliance, and user experience across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of identity-relatedprojects, ensuring alignment with security and business objectives.
- Developprojectplans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, application owners, and vendors.
- Monitorprojectprogress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Communicate status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards
- They may generate Jira tickets andmanagerJira boards
- They may create and maintain Confluence pages related to theirprojects
- Must be comfortable with maintaining RAID elements ie Risk, Dependencies etc

Background:

- Proven experience managing IT security or identity-relatedprojects
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts
- oKnows what RBAC is
- oKnows the difference between a Job profile, role, entitlement, fine grained entitlement
- oKnows the difference between authentication, authorisation; SSO federation, MFA
- oKnows the main business problems IGA solutions solve
- oKnows the main business problems PAM solutions solve
