A well-established organisation servicing the Excavation, Demolition & Quarry sector is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its commercial team.

This opportunity will suit a motivated sales professional with strong industry connections, excellent commercial acumen, and an established network throughout Sydney's demolition industry.

The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will take ownership of business development across NSW with a focus on the demolition sector. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing relationships with demolition and civil contractors
- Identifying, qualifying and converting recent business opportunities
- Maintaining a structured pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasting
- Representing the company at industry events and site visits
- Providing market intelligence on upcoming projects and competitor activity

About You

Applications are encouraged from candidates currently working, or who have previously worked, in industries such as:

- Demolition equipment or attachments
- Plant and equipment hire
- Demolition services




- Waste management and resource recovery
- Heavy equipment
- Transport and logistics
- Other businesses servicing Sydney's demolition industry

To be successful, you'll ideally possess:

- Previous experience in business development or technical sales.
- Existing relationships with demolition contractors and key industry contacts across Sydney.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into long-term business.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
