Urban Utilities is seeking an experienced RTA Compliance and Optimisation Specialist on a two-year max term contract to shape rostering, time and attendance across the organisation. You will be the subject matter expert in rostering compliance, workforce management processes and system configuration.

Reporting to the Rostering and Time Administration Lead, you will partner with Operations, Payroll, Employee Relations and Technology to ensure enterprise agreement alignment, improve data integrity
