Flexible position for a Rehabilitation Counsellor (with ASORC Membership): Full or part time with Work from home available.

This is a wonderful position for a passionate Rehabilitation Counsellor to join a provider that is in the industry for all the right reasons. Work closely with your clients as you facilitate their return to health and return to meaningful occupations following a workplace injury.

This position is a well-suited to a passionate Rehabilitation Counsellor eager to tailor their vocational services around each individual and build lasting relationships. You will be joining a caring, fun and passionate team who will warmly welcome your unique expertise.

The Role:

- Provide a range of relevant, RC-specific assessments including Vocational assessments, worksite psychological assessments and more
- Provide case management services to your clients, holistically facilitating your recovery journey
- Participate in a range of new and ongoing projects
- Communicate with a variety of relevant stakeholders
- Work autonomously as you service your clients and collaboratively with the wider Newcastle team

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling with ASORC Membership
- Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is desired
- The ability to work effectively in a friendly team
- Good relationship-building ability.
