d’Albora is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our centralized Member & Guest Services at our Sydney head office. This hands-on leadership role combines customer experience, people leadership, sales and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional service across our marina network.

You will drive the customer journey, oversee reservations, and collaborate with marina, boatyard, finance, marketing and sales teams to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
