Barwon Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist (Grade 2) to lead medicines strategy and formulary management. You will oversee the formulary, support the Medicines and Therapeutics Committee, and provide expert advice for safe, effective, and cost-productive medicine use.

This role also contributes to procurement strategies, shortage management, quality improvement, and pharmacy reporting systems in a hospital setting.
