Commercial Finance Manager Role - ASX-Listed Business!

We are engaged with a scaling ASX-listed business, who are a market leader in their sector. Due to growth, this is a newly created Commercial Finance Manager role combining both business partnering and people management.

Responsibilities

- Manage a team of 4 direct reports, promoting a culture of strong business partnering and supporting with hands on tasks
- Responsible for strategic planning, month end reporting, cost reporting & governance
- Support project teams with claim issues, sub-contractor issues and job forecasting
- As a senior team member, you'll be constantly looking for way to improve processes and setting a high standard for the team

About You

- CPA/CA Qualified
- People management of 2-3+ direct reports is a must
- Strong business partnering capability
