Grace Occupational Therapy – Castle Hill NSW is seeking a full time administration support officer with strong customer service and data entry skills to join our allied health practice.

The role involves coordinating client appointments, processing transactions, invoicing, maintaining our paperless systems, and providing phone support to families. Training for NDIS, Medicare, and Practice Management Software will be provided. NSW driver’s license is preferred.
