Service Stream is seeking a Casual Traffic Control Room Operator for the Peninsula Link Control Room in Frankston South. Working a 12-hour shift (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am) on a 24/7 roster, you will monitor the asset, respond to incidents and manage traffic flow to minimise disruption.
Key responsibilities include monitoring ITS systems, identifying congestion, and delivering qualified customer service to the client.
