We are hiring experienced restaurant personnel! Currently we are seeking kitchen managers and mangers in training! As a restaurant manager at Longhorn, you will be actively involved with the shift but also oversee all the responsibilities and operations of the restaurant. Working in the kitchen is a must. You should have experience leading people and teams, demonstrating effective communication skills, keeping sites on the big picture, delivering exceptional customer service skills, showing sound judgement, and solving problems on the spot.
