Disc Brakes Australia is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to support its busy customer service function across phone sales, parts interpreting and aftersales in Australia. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead by example, coach staff, and ensure high service standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll manage phone and email inquiries, coach performance against KPIs, and work with internal teams to improve processes.
