Temporary Administration Assistant – Immediate Start

Full-Time | 6–9 Month Maternity Leave Cover

Due to maternity leave, HIB Electrical, Air & Solar is looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team for a 6–9 month contract , with an immediate start .

We’re a fast paced, family owned business specialising in electrical, air conditioning and solar across Southern Tasmania. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a busy office environment.

About the Role

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
- Booking jobs and scheduling technicians
- Managing emails and general office administration
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and our field staff




- Assisting with day-to-day operations to keep everything running smoothly

- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a busy office
- Good computer skills
