Our award-winning graduate program has been running for many years and is ranked among Australia’s top ten small-sized programs on the AAGE Top Graduate Employers list.

Graduates are hired as permanent employees and spend their first18 monthson the graduate program, experiencing three different teams across our business, known as ‘rotations’. In addition to completing three rotations, graduates progress through a structured learning and development plan, have access to senior leaders, and spend time with their graduate cohort forming meaningful and long-lasting connections.

Across your rotations,you’llcombine data, digital and customer insight to understand what drives growthandhow modern businessesoperate.

Our graduate programcommencesonce a year each February. To be eligible for the consumerbusinessarea of the 2027 graduate program, you must:

Have completed and passed tertiary education in the 2 years prior to the graduate program start date, graduating from end of 2024 to end of 2026

Submit a resume and academic transcript with your application. A cover letter is notrequired.

Can start full time in February 2027
