About The Role

Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager to join the Rasmussen team!

Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food workplace – we’d love to hear from you!

We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4am and 7pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Fast and friendly service

- Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
- Training of new Sales employees
- Opening and closing of the store
- Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
