Sharon AI is seeking a proactive Workplace Technician to support our Sydney office and remote workforce. You will provide first and second level IT support, manage device lifecycles, maintain assets and ensure employees have productive tools from day one.
In this role you will collaborate with Operations, Security and vendors to maintain secure, reliable technology and continuously improve the employee experience. A solid customer service mindset and solid technical foundation are essential.
