The Salvation Army in Sydney is seeking a housing and case management practitioner to support young people through Oasis Transitional Accommodation and the Oasis drop‑in centre. Based in Surry Hills, this full‑time role aims to help clients secure reliable housing and develop life skills in a trauma‑informed environment.

Work is 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and some after-hours on call.
