Supply Chain and Logistics Trainer – Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain & Logistics Trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment to students undertaking supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and transport qualifications. This role is ideal for an industry qualified who enjoys mentoring learners and sharing practical knowledge about the supply chain industry.

About the role

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Trainer, you will deliver training aligned with the relevant TLI Training Package, ensuring learners develop the skills, knowledge, and workplace readiness required for careers in logistics, transport, and warehousing.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver face-to-face and/or online training and assessment in supply chain, logistics, and warehousing
- Assess student competency in accordance with training package requirements
- Develop and maintain training and assessment resources
- Ensure compliance with RTO and regulatory standards
- Support and mentor students, apprentices,



and adult learners

About you

- Relevant industry qualification or extensive experience in supply chain, logistics, or transport
- Current industry experience and knowledge of workplace practices
- Training and Assessment qualification (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Strong practical knowledge of logistics systems, inventory management, and transport operations
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Desirable

- Experience delivering training within an RTO or TAFE
- Experience working with apprentices or adult learners
- Understanding of workplace health and safety in logistics and warehousing
