KHATRI & FAMILY PTY LTD About the Role Full-Time Chefs Required Chef Required Located the brighton, Ichika-Sushi & Asian Cuisine, is currently seeking a qualified Full Time Chef to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone who is creative, organized, and passionate.

In order to qualify for the role, you must have the following:

- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work late till 9 pm and on weekends
- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
- Work in shifts of 8 hours
- 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment

Qualifications:

- Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert IV or higher
- Flexible availability
- Solid leadership,



motivational and people skills
- Effective communication skills
- Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets
- Excellent wages and incentives offered to the successful candidate

Salary Range: $77,000 to $83,000 plus super.
