SSI Group in Melbourne is seeking a Mental Health Social Worker to provide psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic support for SRSS participants with complex needs within a multidisciplinary team.

You will advocate for access to services, monitor progress, and support participants to build independent living skills, while maintaining accurate records and liaising with internal teams and external providers.
