Northern Health is seeking a Lead Family/Carer Peer Support Worker to guide and supervise a team of level 3 peer workers within the Merri-bek Community Team of the Mental Health Division. The role combines hands-on peer support with leadership responsibilities in Coburg, with occasional work from the Broadmeadows-based Hume Team.

We value lived experience, team-oriented care, and advocacy for families and carers in treatment planning.
