00 staff across Australia, Current Zealand, the Philippines, and the United States. Our warehouse operation is the engine room of our customer promise, and we're looking for a hands-on leader to run it at despatch.

About the role

As our Despatch Team Leader, you'll lead and coordinate all outbound warehouse operations, making sure every customer order leaves accurately, efficiently, and on time. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll run the daily rhythm of the despatch floor and be the standard-setter for safety, service, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day will include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing the despatch team to hit daily operational targets
- Allocating labour across despatch and loading, running toolbox talks and shift handovers
- Overseeing outbound shipments so orders are picked, packed, and despatched right the first time
- Coordinating loading schedules with transport providers and internal teams
- Ensuring delivery dockets and documentation are complete and correct
- Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting cycle counts and stocktakes
- Enforcing despatch SOPs, closing process gaps, and driving continuous improvement
- Championing WHS compliance, safe manual handling,



and an audit-ready work environment
- Keeping Customer Service, Production, and Transport aligned on priorities, and escalating risks early

What success looks like

You'll be measured on the things that matter on-time despatch, order accuracy, DIFOT, labour productivity, safety performance, and inventory accuracy in your area.

About you

- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role
- Strong understanding of despatch, freight, and distribution processes
- Experience using Freight Management Systems (FMS)
- A track record of leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills
- Forklift Licence (LF) — required
- Certificate in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain and First Aid Certificate — desirable
