Life Without Barriers in Hobart, TAS is seeking a Child and Family Practitioner for the Placement Preservation Support Program. You will develop Family Action Plans, conduct psychosocial assessments, and work with families, caregivers and agencies to promote placement stability.

The role requires experience with child protection, solid planning skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while working autonomously in a supportive team environment.
