About the Role





We're looking for an experienced sales agent who can confidently build relationships, win listings and deliver exceptional outcomes for vendors and buyers.

You'll have the opportunity to leverage our proven systems, strong brand presence and supportive team while continuing to build your own personal success.

Remuneration

Choose the structure that best suits you:

- Commission Only, or
- Debit/Credit arrangement

Commission splits are negotiable and will reflect your experience and capability.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Previous experience in residential real estate sales
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and listing ability
- A positive attitude and high level of professionalism
- Self-motivation and accountability
- A desire to continually learn and improve
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2/Class 1 Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
