We are now seeking high-performing Sales Consultants who are ready to join a fast-growing global brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you will represent BYD in our brand-new 3S dealership, helping customers explore BYD’s advanced electric vehicles and guiding them through a seamless purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in our showroom

- Deliver skilled product presentations, EV technology explanations, and live demonstrations

- Understand customer needs and recommend the best model, configuration, and solutions

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive follow-up

- Guide customers through the complete EV buying process: test drives, quotations, CRM updates, and contract finalisation

- Collaborate with the Service & Workshop teams to ensure a smooth customer handover and after-sales experience

- Achieve individual and dealership KPIs

- Support dealership events, test drive days, launch promotions, and community activities

- Stay up to date on BYD products, features, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

Required





- 2+ years’ sales experience (automotive, retail, technology, or real estate preferred)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- High level of customer service and professionalism

- Goal-oriented, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs

- Comfortable managing full sales cycle in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn EV products and CRM systems

Highly Regarded

- Automotive dealership experience

- Experience in a 3S/aftersales-integrated environment

- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability

- Bilingual ability (English + Mandarin) is an advantage

What We Offer

- Base salary $60,000 + Superannuation

- Uncapped commissions — realistic OTE $90,000–$120,000+
